Mwanase Ahmed

Mwanase Ahmed grew up on Lamu Island and resided in the United States, France and Senegal before returning home to work in Kenya. She currently works as a sports and swimming coach at Kivukoni International School and has founded a fitness and leisure club which she manages called The Creek Club at Kivukoni.

Advocating for girls’ rights has always been a passion of hers and supporting MTG’s mission to achieve this through sport is a true inspiration. Another part time profession of hers is fire and LED hula hoop performances; dancing at a multitude of events and alongside musicians.
