In African society football is regarded as a game specific for men; girls and young women are not given the chance to participate in football activities.
With our football Programme, girls and young women take up their space in football, they are able to discover and nurture their football skills.
Football is used as tool to initiate change in areas of peace, governance, sustainability, women rights and empowerment.
Match Officials Trainings
We train Girls and Young women on Coaching, refereeing and First Aid at various levels.
Life Skills
Information about HIV & AIDS, Nutrition, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene are integrated in football training sessions and football drills.
Leaders Trainings
These include Field representatives who directly manage the playing fields.
Tournaments
We organize primary school tournaments, Secondary School Tournaments, and Annual Women Tournament which are aimed at showcasing and nurturing girls and young women football talents at all levels.
MTG football League and Champions League
Information about HIV & AIDS, Nutrition, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene are integrated in football training sessions and football drills.
MTG United team
The best players from each field are selected to form MTG united team which represents the organization at various tournaments.
